HRS was founded in 2017 by Edward Crame and Gus Lambert. HRS was created to bring a new dynamic to the industry where an agency would be a trusted partner of leading Hospitality groups / brands and ensure a smooth candidate journey from start to finish. Being a boutique company we focus on quality not quantity.  Our vast experience working in leading world brands gives us the edge to spot unique talent within the industry.


Edward Crame: Resource Partner / Director
Edward joined HRS in April 2017 as a recruitment partner. He is also a listed director of the company. Edward started his career in hospitality with the Fat Duck Group in Bray.

After finishing his MBA from the Swiss Hotel School Glion where he specialised in people, he joined D&D in the HR and Recruitment team.  At D&D Edward was part of the Times 100 Best Companies bid, as well as FOH & BOH for the groups West End sites, as well as Senior Management for across the group.
He joined HRS to work with groups that we love, and that we know through the industry have great reputations with customers and staff alike, groups that we would want to work for, with great products.

Gus Lambert: Resource Partner / Director
My career began with the renowned Jumeirah hotel group. I spent several years in top venues in London, Dubai and New York.

I then moved to Sydney for four years, as a multi-site manager for a restaurant group based in Sydney’s bustling Eastern suburbs. Returning to London in 2014, I moved into recruitment, working with the leading hotel groups in London.  My knowledge and a vast industry contact list quickly established me with a very successful desk, as my reputation for integrity and diligence quickly grew.

Ed and I started HRS in 2017.  We want to build the business on working with groups that share our values and build a reputation as a leading agency that can be trusted by clients and candidates alike.

The opportunity to help young professionals to further their careers, with the same passion and drive as me on joining Jumeirah, is utterly compelling.

Andrew Healey: Resource Partner / Director
Andrew has worked in the hospitality industry for nearly 25 years, working with businesses such as Scottish and Newcastle, BBC and Pret A Manger. Andrew entered recruitment in 2010, setting up and building a major Hospitality division within an established retail recruitment company. After 6 years, Andrew left to join Black Sheep Coffee as their Head of HR and was instrumental in growing Head Office and Operational teams from 5 to 24 sites.
